Data Deletion Request
At Flore Whisper (GLOBAL MAMA SDN. BHD.), you can request deletion of your account and the personal data we hold about you at any time.
How to request deletion
Email info@florewhisper.com with:
- Subject line: Data Deletion Request
- The email address associated with your Flore Whisper account
- If you signed in via Google or Facebook, please mention which provider you used
What we will do
- We will confirm receipt of your request within 7 working days.
- We will complete the deletion of your account and associated personal data within 30 days of the confirmed request.
- We will notify you by email once the deletion is complete.
What may be retained
Where we are legally required to keep certain records (for example, tax and transaction records under Malaysian law), those records will be retained for the minimum period required by law and then deleted.
Disconnecting a social login
If you signed in with Google or Facebook and only want to disconnect that social login (without deleting your account), email us with the subject line Disconnect Social Login and we will unlink the provider from your account.
