These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Flore Whisper app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 to place orders. You confirm that any information you provide is accurate.
YOUR ACCOUNT
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Notify us at support@florewhisper.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Orders placed through the Service are subject to product availability and our delivery zone. Prices, fees and refund policy are shown on florewhisper.com. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we are not liable for issues caused by the payment provider beyond our control.
USER CONTENT
You may post photos, captions, comments and other content in the Discovery and Community channels ("User Content"). By posting User Content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it on the Service. You retain ownership of your content.
You agree NOT to post content that:
• is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent;
• infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy;
• impersonates another person;
• contains spam, malware or links to harmful sites;
• promotes activities that would be unlawful in Malaysia.
We may remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice. Repeated or serious violations may result in account suspension or termination.
REPORTING AND BLOCKING
You can report any post or comment by tapping its "…" icon. You can block another user from your "Me" → Settings. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Flore Whisper name, logo, design, software and original content are our property. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer them without permission.
PROHIBITED USES
Do not use the Service to: scrape data at scale, interfere with the Service's operation, attempt unauthorized access, or violate any law.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Service may link to or rely on third-party services (Apple, Google, payment providers, social networks). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.
DISCLAIMERS
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
TERMINATION
You may close your account at any time from "Me" → Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
CHANGES
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after material changes means you accept the new Terms.

用户内容
你可在 Discovery、Community 等频道发布图片、文字、评论等内容("用户内容")。发布即授予我们一项全球性、非独占、免版税的许可,用以在本服务中展示和传播。你保留对自己内容的所有权。
你承诺不发布以下内容:
• 违法、骚扰、诽谤、仇恨、色情或暴力内容;
• 侵犯他人著作权、商标权、隐私的内容;
• 冒充他人的内容;
• 垃圾信息、恶意软件或指向有害网站的链接;
• 在马来西亚境内属违法的活动信息。
我们有权在不另行通知的情况下删除违反本协议的内容。多次或严重违规可能导致账号暂停或终止。
举报与拉黑
你可点击任意帖子或评论右上角的「…」举报。可在「我的」→设置中拉黑用户。举报内容将在 24 小时内审核处理。
知识产权
Flore Whisper 的名称、标识、设计、软件及原创内容属于我方所有。未经许可不得复制、修改、传播或反向工程。
禁止行为
不得使用本服务进行:大规模数据爬取、干扰服务运行、未授权访问、违反任何法律的行为。
第三方服务
本服务可能链接或依赖第三方服务(Apple、Google、支付服务商、社交平台)。你对其使用受第三方各自条款约束。
免责声明
本服务按"现状"提供。在法律允许的最大范围内,我们不承担任何明示或默示的担保,包括适销性和特定用途适用性。我们不保证服务的不间断可用。
责任限制
在马来西亚法律允许的最大范围内,与本服务相关的所有索赔,我方累计责任以你在索赔发生前 12 个月内向我们支付的金额为上限。
终止
你可在「我的」→设置中随时关闭账号。如你违反本协议,我们可暂停或终止你的账号。
法律适用
本协议适用马来西亚法律。任何争议提交马来西亚法院管辖。
变更
我们可能更新本协议。重大变更后你继续使用服务,即视为你接受新协议。
